Aerogel coating is a slurry or paste-like substance prepared through a special process, which involves mixing high-performance hydrophobic silica aerogel with water, polymer emulsion, and various modifying additives.The aerogel coating prepared by this process retains the nanoporous structure of aerogel to the greatest extent, thus endowing it with excellent thermal insulation properties.

The KXT-201S series of aerogel coatings boasts excellent thermal insulation properties, lightweight, resistance to cracking and detachment, and a long service life. These characteristics render them widely applicable forthermal insulation in buildings, storage tanks, equipment, and other applications.

Application Fields

1、Be applied to interior/exterior building walls, providing excellent thermal insulation and meeting energy efficiency-saving requirements.

2、Be applied to the surface of storage tank bodies, to maintain a lower temperature even under solar radiation;

3、Be applied to the surface of equipment to effectively insulate the heat generated by the equipment, preventing operators from being exposed to high temperatures and causing injuries.
