The KSL8 series aerogel high-temperature insulation blanket is fabricated through a specialized process by combining silica aerogel with inorganic fibers such as glass fiber, ceramic fiber, high-silica fiber, and mullite fiber, offering dual advantages of low thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance.

Application Fields

The KSL8 series products are primarily designed for thermal insulation and energy efficiency in medium-and high-temperature pipelines and equipment. Their applications include, but are not limited to: steam and thermal oil pipelines and equipment in the petroleum, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries; steam turbines, medium-and high-pressure pipelines, and long-distance thermal transmission lines in the thermoelectric sector; steam and flue gas pipelines on large ships; as well as fire-resistant insulation layers for transportation vehicles such as high-speed trains and automobiles.
